Mrs. Preston was born November 20, 1916, in Bowdle, South Dakota.
She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church and was a homemaker. Mrs Preston loved to spend time with her family and friends and she will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her daughter, Elaine L. Preston of Huntington, NY; sister, Althea Kambestad of Sacramento, CA; a brother, Arnold Doerr of Bowdle, SD; and a granddaughter, Laurie Stalter of San Diego, CA.
She was preceded in death by a son, Richard Earl Preston, Jr.
Interment was in Mt. Pleasant Memorial Gardens.
