Obituary:
Thomas G. Greer, 83, a retired farmer, died last Saturday at his home near Wilsonville after a short illness. He was a native of Nelson County and formerly lived in the Pea Ridge Neighborhood. He was a member of the Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ollie Ashby Greer; four sons, Wallace, Wilford and Walter Greer, Louisville, and Willis Greer, Bloomfield, and two daughters, Mrs. Naomi Sweasy, Louisville, and Mrs. Monnie Rucker, Waddy.
Funeral services were held at Carrithers Chapel Monday by Rev. J. Hayden Ingleheart, Jr. of Taylorsville with burial at Green's Chapel, Nelson County.
