T.R. CARVER'S funeral held Sunday.
Theordore R. Carver, 67 of Old Fort , died in Marion General Hospital early Friday morning after a short illness.
He was a veteran of World War I.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs Addie Turner Carver: one daughter, Mrs Kermit Silver of Old Fort; two sons, Kenneth Carver of Old Fort, and Joe H. Carver of San Diego, Calif.
Three sisters, Mrs. Erma Curtis, and Mrs Sidna Allison of Old Fort, and Mrs Pearl Carver of Bridgeton, N.J.; one brother, Bulo Carver of Old Fort, and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services were held in the Chapel of McCalls Funeral Home in Old Fort, Sunday afternoon at 2 O'clock with Rev. Earl Hansell officiating.
Burial was in Cherry Springs Memorial Park Cemetery. Masonic rites were conducted at the gravesite.
