"The Sabbath Recorder", Vol 32, No 45, p 3, Nov. 9, 1876. In Ward, N. Y., Oct. 31st, 1876, of pneumonia after a brief illness, Mrs. Mary Sheldon, in the 84th year of her age. The subject of this notice was born in Petersburgh, N. Y., and when thirteen years of age came to hope in Christ as the Savior of sinners, and was baptized by Eld. William Satterlee. Soon after her marriage, she with her husband came to reside in Alfred, both of whom united with the First Seventh-day Baptist Church in that town.
