Michael "Bryan" Wakefield age 34, passed away Sept. 13, 2007, after a long, hard-fought battle with cancer. Bryan grew up in Ellabell, GA, graduated from Bryan County High School and spent time in Owosso, Michigan. He moved to Indianapolis, on Dec. 19, 1996 and worked at Atlas Office Supply Boise Office Solutions then Ice Miller LLP as a file clerk. He loved cars, the outdoors and spending time with his family, friends and his dogs. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Arnold Wakefield, Sr. of Ellabell, GA. He is survived by his mother, Audrey DeLoach, a sister, Robin Wakefield Wheeler and a nephew, Tyler Wakefield Brown, all of Savannah,GA., and his partner of 13 years, Kyle Richey, a father-in-law, Lyle Richey, sister in law, Keisha Johns and her family, an aunt, Marie Wakefield of Owosso, MI, and other close relatives. A celebration of Bryan's life will be Monday (9-17-07) at 7pm at Flanner & Buchanan Washington Park East Funeral Center, where friends may call on Monday from 4pm until services.
