Cecile Bartellia Williams, 61, of Millwood, Virginia, died Sunday, August 30, 2009 in the Blue Ridge Hospice Residential Center, Winchester, Virginia.
Ms. Williams was born July 1, 1948 in Winchester, Virginia, the daughter of Robert Randolph Williams, Sr. and Nannie Pendleton Williams.
She was a homemaker and she was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are two daughters, Sabrina "Brina" Williams of Winchester, VA and Cherese Smith of Oakland, CA; two sons, Darryl Williams of Winchester, VA and Nathaniel Williams of Millwood, VA; a sister, Rose Ann Williams of Millwood, VA; two brothers, Leslie Williams of Alexandria, VA and Alfred Williams of Martinsburg, WV; ten grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
Two brothers and one sister preceded her in death.
Graveside rites will be held 1:00 P. M. Friday, September 4, 2009 at the Love and Charity Cemetery in Millwood, VA.
The family will receive friends 7:00 – 8:00 P. M. Thursday with a service of remembrance to begin at 8:00 P. M. at the Enders & Shirley Funeral Home located at 1050 West Main Street in Berryville, VA.
