On Feb 5 1932 Bill married Viola Elma Brown. He was 40 and she was 28. She had been married previously and had children. Together they had one additional son, Robert "Bobby" Ivan Arthur.
During WWII Bill was employed by the U.S.Navy at the Naval Ammunition Depot in Burns City (Crane).
He died Feb 11 1954 at the age of 62.
