The Swedish word "okänd" in the space for the mother's name means "unknown" in English. A transcript of this document appears atop the "bio" section of this memorial.
The word "oäkta" after Magda's name means "inauthentic" according to an online translation service.
"Ej gift" means "not married" and "sist fylle ålders år" means "age at last birthday". Actually, however, Mathilda had attained age 20 and not 19 when she gave birth to Magda. |
