Virginia (Fox) was married to Doyle Luna and mother to Glendol, Dwight, Jerry, Geneva, Ralph, and Joella. She was Granny to Richard, Jason, Patrick, Gena, Tammy, Jaime, Peggy, Scott and Kelly, and loved them dearly! She was a long time teacher in the Triad School district, teaching Kindergarten for years and was teaching 2nd grade in Troy when she died suddenly of complications following Gall Bladder surgery. She loved children and teaching, and would not even discuss retirement. She also loved to laugh and was a well known prankster, but often her jokes and stories were about something "Edith Bunker-ish" that she had done herself.
