Surviving are the widow, Eldora;
two daughters, Mrs. Chester Blades of Muncie and Mrs. Worth Davis of Jackson, Mich;
a son, Murvil H. of Fort Wayne;
two sisters, Mrs. Amanda Gaither of Summitville and Mrs. Odessa Douglas of Hillsboro, Ill.,
11 grandchildren,
13 great-grandchildren
3 great-great-grandchildren.
The body was removed to the Kimmell mortuary in Gaston where funeral arrangements will be completed."

FUNERAL ON SUNDAY FOR GASTON RESIDENT
"Funeral services for Jon O. Cranfill, 88-year-old Gaston resident who died at his home on Wednesday, will be conducted at the Gaston Weslyan Methodist Church at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon. The Rev. David King will officiate.
Burial will be in the Vinson Cemetery at Summitville.
Friends may call at the Kimmel mortuary in Gaston either Friday or Saturday from 2 to 5 o'clock in the afternoon or 7 top 9 o'clock in the evening."
