Mrs. Donett Brown-Arnold, was born June 23, 1922, in Hawkinsville, Georgia to the late Mr. Edward and Katie Brown. She moved to Altanta in the early 1940's. Later, she joined Macedonia Baptist Church, where she served faithfully until she departed this life on Wednesday morning at 1:30 a.m. November 2, 1988. May God's Peace be upon her.
She is survived by one son, Mr. Edward Brown, one daughter, Mrs. Julia Mae Harris, one son-in-law Eddie Harris, two grandsons, Tonly and Michael, two sisters, Mrs. Agnes B. Williams and Kattie Mae Griffin, all of Atlants, one brother, Mr. Elgin Brown of Cleveland, Ohio and a host of other family members and friends.
