Mrs. Brennan was born November 17, 1916, in Douglass, Texas, the daughter of the late Myrtie (Swain) and Ramsey Alexander Starling. She died Wednesday, October 26, 2005, in a Lufkin hospital.
Mrs. Brennan was a retired licensed vocational nurse. She was also a homemaker and a beloved wife, mother and grandmother, who loved to garden and travel. Mrs. Brennan was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, and had resided in Lufkin most of her life.
Survivors include her sons, Michael P. Brennan and James R. Brennan, both of Lufkin; granddaughter, Kathleen Hogue of Burkeville; great grandchildren, Helen Burns, Sherilyn Burns and David Hogue; sister, Syble McMahon of Alto; as well as several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Mrs. Brennan was preceded in death by her husband, H.F. "Buster" Brennan, and sister-in-law, Evelyn Aust.
