Funeral will be at 11 a.m. today at Morgan Funeral Chapel for Mrs. Lorene Bearden, 80, Albertville, formerly of Ashville, who died Tuesday, April 29,2003. Burial in Rainbow Memorial Park.

Mrs. Bearden was a resident of St. Clair County most of her life. Mrs. Bearden and her husband owned and operated Bearden's Sporting Goods Store. After retirement, they moved to Albertville.
She is survived by her husband, Paul Bearden, Albertville; sons, Robert Bearden, (Margaret), Gadsden, Joe Bearden, Albertville, and Phillip Bearden, (Maria), Albertville, brother, Pete Mize, California, grandchildren, David, Susan, Misty, Christopher and Cassidy, and great-grandchildren, Bradley and Kayleigh.
Pallbearers will be nephews.
Honorary pallbearers will be the staff of Albertville Nursing Home.
The body will remain at the funeral home through the hour of service.
