From the Salt Lake Telegram July 21, 1921:
Mrs. Mary Rackham, 68, widow of Joshua Rackham, was found dead in her bed at the family residence, 651 Twenty-sixth street, on Wednesday. Death is believed to have been due to general debility. Mrs. Rackham was born in England and came to Utah with her parents sixty-one years ago.
The following children survive; Mrs. Mary Mortensen, Oakland; J.T. Rackham, Spokane; James Rackham, San Francisco; George Rackham, Ogden. There are also seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
