Mrs. JoElla Acred
Mrs. JoElla Acred, wife of Sam Acred, of 400 Fuller St. in Dyersburg, passed away Dec. 21 in Baptist Hospital in Memphis at the age of 85.
Services will be Saturday, Dec 23. at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Curry's Funeral Home. Rev. Jerry Edmundson will be officiating with burial at Fairview Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Thomas Ketchum, Jimmy McGavock, Billy Acred, Joe Gentile, Rudolph Vaughn, and Eddie Austin.
Surviving are her husband, Sam Acred of Dyersburg; two daughters, Mrs. Mary Mitchell of Dyersburg, Mrs. Nina Muschill of Cape Girardeau, Mo.; one stepdaughter, Mrs. Violet Gentile of Memphis; and one stepson, Billy Acred, of Dyersburg. She has five grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and 5 great [great] grandchildren.
