Cissna Park, Ill. - Paula Y. Barth, 59, of Cissna Park, passed away on Tuesday, April 27, 2010, at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, after a long battle with cancer.

She was born Monday, January 15, 1951, in Danville, the daughter of Richard and Mary Jane Regan Longfellow.

On June 9, 1973, she married Robert L. Barth in Hoopeston; he survives in Cissna Park.

Mrs. Barth worked at AT&T Mobility in Rantoul. She was a member of Christian Bible Church in Cissna Park and treasurer for Cissna Park Quaker Cemetery Association. She enjoyed reading, spending time with her family and friends, riding in the jeep, and NASCAR racing.

Also surviving Mrs. Barth are one son and daughter-in-law, Matthew and Amanda Barth of Clearwater, Fla.; five brothers, Richard Longfellow and Shirley Miller of Dixon, George and Vicki Longfellow of Oswego, Henry Longfellow and Candy Warf of Wellington, Tim and Loretta Longfellow of Normal, and Tom and Tina Longfellow of Sierra Vista, Arz.; one sister, Kay Longfellow of Wellington; one sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Mary Jo and Perry Lober of Watseka; one brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Charles and Barb Barth of Export, Penn.; one granddaughter, Macie Barth of Clearwater, Fla.; many nieces, nephews, and friends; and her dog, Toby.

Mrs. Barth is preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Tony Longfellow, and one sister, Rosemary Slinker.

Visitation for Mrs. Barth will be held on Friday, April 30, 2010, at Baier Funeral Home in Watseka from 4-8 pm and also one hour prior to the funeral service on Saturday at the church.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 1, 2010, at Christian Bible Church in Cissna Park at 11 am with Pastor Herb Flinkman officiating.

Burial will follow in Cissna Park Quaker Cemetery in Cissna Park.
