ELI SISCO

A Widley Known Citizen is Taken Off by the Death Angel.

Eli Sisco, the well known butcher, died at the family residence on Fruit street early Tuesday morning, after an illness of a couple of years' duration.
For the past sixteen years Mr. Sisco has lived in Youngstown, coming here from North Jackson, and during that period has won the friendship and good will of a host of friends and acquaintancess. In a business way he was fair and honest; in his home life he was a devoted husband and father, whose absence will be very keenly felt and with friends he was always true and loyal.
He was a member of the Sr. O.U.A.M. and Maccabees, and while not actively identified with any particular church, was a true Christian at heart. With his wife, three children-Charles, Harvey and Blanche, survive.
The funeral is set for Thursday afternoon with services at the house at 2 o'clock, and burial in Oak Hill cemetery.
