She was born circa 1812 in Ontario Co., NY either near Benton (1810 census) or Milo (1820 census) and died Jun-07-1873 in Seneca Co, NY.
William requested in his Will that Eliza be exhumed from Stark Street Cemetery and reburied in Sand Hill Cemt., Ontario Co., NY next to him but it appears she was not moved. Her tombstone is still on the original grave. This marker was off by itself on the north side of the cemetery, five rows back from the street.
