He moved to Florida and was employed by the Winter Park Post Office until 1972. Was a member of TROA, VFW, VBOB, NRA and many state and local shooting associations.
He is survived by a step-daughter Jacqueline Frutchey, 3 step-grandsons and one step great Grandson, all of Maitland, Florida.
Memorial service at First Presbyterian church on Thurs Dec 5 in Maitland at 4 PM. A private memorial service was held at Andersonville National Cemetery in Macon County, Georgia. Personal words were spoken by Diane Holmes and Bruce Barwick. His ashes were buried here with his first wife Olga. The flag presentation was made to his step-daughter Jacqueline Frutchey.
