WORDEN - Everett Schreuder, 86, of Worden, passed away April 2, 2002, at Big Sky Hospice Home in Billings.
He was born Oct. 28, 1915, at Worden, a son of John and Mary (Lorenz) Schreuder. He grew up and was educated in the Worden area.
Everett married Martha Weigel in 1941. They had two children, Bob and Judy. He married Alice Whitney Welch in 1970; she preceded him in death.
He lived and farmed at Worden until his retirement from farming in 1990, but continued to live at Worden, until his move to hospice care.
Survivors are his daughter, Judy Rhoads, Cody, Wyo.; granddaughter, Beverly Round and great-grandsons, Steven and Bradley Round of Ashland; sisters, Betty Harness, Cody, Wyo., Joann (Loren) Zent of Billings; brothers, Jake Schreuder of Worden and John (Shirley) Schreuder of Billings; and various nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son Bob; and grandson Wayne; his parents; and sisters, Anna, Frances, Elsie and Mary.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 9, at Smith West Chapel. Private interment will be at the Huntley Cemetery. Smith West Chapel in charge of arrangements.
