|Today, May 12, 2011, I received an email about the caption on this photo from Vicki King:|
"Mary was born in Oklahoma to a very young Pearl BLACKMORE. She was adopted by the CAIN family. She found her birth mother's family by a miraculous turn of events that was recorded in various newspapers at the time it occurred. My mother was one of her BLACKMORE cousins. I don't know about the significance of the Audrey BLACKMORE name on the stone. But, I am wondering if her birth mother had named her and this was the name on the adoption papers. It is pure speculation on my part."
This makes a lot of sense that Audrey Blackmore was her birth name and Mary N. (Cain) Beard was her name. And definitely Oklahoma is on there as it is her place of birth.
Thanks to Vicki for the information and idea!
The original caption is below the asterisks. I have left it as the above answer is not definitive but sounds highly likely.

I have no idea what it all means, but I am certain that she was married to Doyle Beard. My guess is that she married after his death and is possibly actually buried in Oklahoma. However, SSDI shows her name at death as Mary N. Beard and her last residence as Sheridan:
