DEATH OF AN AGED WOMAN
The widow of the late Levi Hains, of Bedford Township, died at her home near Tunnel Hill Friday night. With her husband, they were pioneer settlers of that section of the county. The deceased was a most worthy woman, highly respected by all who knew her. Her age was 84 years. Interment, at West Bedford. The husband of the deceased died last June.

Tunnel Hill, Oct 31 – Mrs. Hains, after a lingering illness, died at her home here on the 24th, aged 84 years, 1 month and 16 days. She lived here over 59 years. The funeral took place from the home on the 26th and was attended by many relatives and friends. The services were conducted by Rev. Hayatt and interment was made at West Bedford. Six sons acted as pall bearers. Mr. Hains died the 29th of last June. They leave many friends. Leonard Hains and Henry Hains, of Utica, Licking county, attended the funeral.
