Funeral services for Michael Wallace Nahquaddy Lopez, infant son of Sunee Nahquaddy and Hugo Lopez Jr. of Carnegie were held Tuesday, February 24, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. at the Pitcher-Hackney Funeral Home Chapel.
Michael died February 20, 2004 at the OU Medical Center Hospital in Oklahoma City.
He is survived by his mother, Sunee Nahquaddy of Carnegie; his father, Hugo Lopez, Jr. of Carnegie; one brother, Shade Nahquaddy of Carnegie; one sister, Angelina Lopez of Carnegie; maternal grandparents, Norma TwoHatchet, Edward and Illa Nahquaddy, all of Carnegie; paternal grandparents, Gloria Garcia of Austin, Texas and Hugo Lopez, Sr. of Lawton; great grandmother, Dorothy Twohatchet of Carnegie.
Burial was in the Twohatchet Family Cemetery in Ft. Cobb under the direction of the Pitcher-Hackney Funeral Home in Carnegie.
