Funeral services for Gussie Mildred Lynch, 72, of Lawton, who died Tuesday at Comanche County Memorial Hospital, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Cameron Baptist Church. Rev. Hoyt Aduddell and Rev. Dan Pruitt will officiate. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens under the direction of Becker Funeral Home. She was born on June 4, 1907 in Kingston, Arkansas to Henry Lawson and Claudie Myrtle (McWhirter) Smith. She married Jess Lee Lynch on October 9, 1923 in Decatur, Texas. She is survived by her husband; her daughters, Dorothy Boardman of Springfield, Virginia and Mary Sue Cochran of Creston, Iowa; her son, James Thomas Lynch of Huntsville, Arkansas; her sister, Artie Elizabeth Hutson of Cache; and seven grandchildren.
