~~Sarah Ann~~

I have found no record of her, but I believe her to be a sister of Major James C. Wootters and Captain John Henry Wootters. The daughter of Ezekiel C. and Anne Downes Wootters, of Maryland.
The record of Major James C. Wootters, her brother, shows that Ezekiel C. Wootters died on August 12, 1847, and his mother died five years earlier, Sept 5, 1842.
It also states that he came to Crockett, Texas in 1860 to live with an uncle Lodwick Downes, his mother's brother.
Cemetery record shows she was married to W.H. Moore.
She is buried with her family in Old Glenwood Cemetery, Crockett, Texas.
