Our beautiful, loving Mother went home to her heavenly mansion on March 17, 2010. She has been reunited with her family there. One day we will all be there rejoicing with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She will always be with us in our thoughts and in our hearts. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert E. Franklin "who loves her forever and a day," her parents, Jeff and Marie Tolbert, sisters, Thelma G. Sanders, Carolyn M. Dart, Mable P Wright and Elizabeth P. Lee.
Survivors include her sister, T. Dianne Zuccarelli of Pensacola, FL; five children, Rhonda J. (Paul) Carbullido of Milton, Marlye R. Edwards, Robert W. (Jeannine) Franklin, Walter D. (Maria) Franklin, all of Pace, FL and Steven A. (Summer) Franklin of Pensacola, FL; her grandchildren, Roger R. Kuehn Jr., Tammy L. Howard, Lugenia A. Word, Jennifer R. Thompson, Lechia M. Froman, Julian E. Rivera, Michael E. Edwards, Joshua A. Franklin, Randell A. Franklin, Tristen C. Shelton, Christian A. Royal and Autumn M. Franklin; and 19 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Saturday, March 20, 2010 at 1 PM at the Chapel of National Cremation & Burial Society with Bro. Fred Rogers officiating. Interment will follow in Memory Park Cemetery with her grandsons serving as pallbearers and her three sons serving as honorary pallbearers.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11 AM until the funeral hour.
The family would like to thank Santa Rosa Medical Center and Unihealth Rehabilitation Center for being so kind and caring for our mother, as well as her children, God bless all who have been so wonderful in her care and well being.
