Surviving are his wife, Linda Sue Boswell Adams of Equality; two sons, Allen Douglas Adams of Paducah and Scotty Lee Adams of Rosiclare, ILL.; three brothers, Johnny Adams of Springfield, Ill., and Terry and Ronnie Adams, both of Marion; his father, Douglas "Pete" Adams of Tolu; and two grandchildren, Aaron Douglas Adams and Scotty Lee Adams, Jr.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Peggy Sue Fuller Adams.
