THE PARIS NEWS Tue., Jan. 4, 1994, p.10A. 'Isabell Allen, 77, of Paris died Monday, Jan. 3, in St. Joseph's Hospital & Health Center. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 5, in Gene Roden's Sons Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be made in Evergreen Cemetery. Mrs. Allen was born June 3, 1916, in Paris, a daughter of J.O. and Maggie Bell Shirley Barnett. She married Homer Allen on March 21, 1937. She was a Baptist. Survivors include three sons, Norman Allen and Don Allen, both of Dallas, and Jerry Allen of Houston; three sisters, Elizabeth Grayson of Houston, Marjorie Hyden of Waco and Judy Vance of Dallas. Pallbearers will be Bob Bolton, Ed Claypool, Dudley Evans, Alfred Fangio, J.D. Weaver and Joe Ingle.' This is also entered under surname Barnett. Corrections appeared Fri., Jan. 7, 1994, p.14A. '...Surviving are her husband...a brother, Ray Barnett of Jacksonville, FL...and three grandchildren.'
