He is survived by his mother and stepfather Elizabeth Scott (Raymond) of Homosassa, FL; 5 sons, Jacob and Devin of Florida and Robert, Derrick and Johnny of OH; his paternal grandmother, Imogene Adams of OH; and several grandchildren.
