William Benjamin Strain is the son of Charles Franklin Strain, Sr. (1872-1958) and Henrietta Mazouria Redwine (1880-1974). He married Evie Bernice Craig (1917-2009) on 8 Jan 1939.

MR. WILLIAM B. STRAIN
Mr. William B. (Bill) Strain, 77, of Mableton and formerly of Dalton, died Friday, Sept. 11, 1992.
Survivors include his wife, Bernice (Bunny) Craig Strain of Mableton; a daughter and son-in-law, Anjo and Larry P. Jones of Atlanta; a son, Craig Strain of Panama City, Fla.; three grandchildren, Kristen Jones Indermark of Athens, Casey Jones of Aspen, Colo., and Luke Jones of Atlanta; and two sisters, Gertrude Awbrey and Hilda Dailey, both of Dalton.
Funeral was at 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 13, in the chapel of Love Funeral Home, with Dr. Charles yates officiating. Burial was in West Hill Cemetery.
Love Funeral Home of Dalton was in charge of arrangements.
Thomas Funeral Home of Calhoun makes the announcement for the family.
