Her burial place unknown.

B.O. Ayres, Confederate veteran, passed away here Wednesday (February 6, 1929) evening about six o'clock. This aged man has been a citizen of LaRue, Texas a number of years and is a member of the Presbyterian church.
He registered with a Tennessee brigade during the Civil War and played important parts in the defense the South took against the northern troops.
His passing into the bright land beyond means that another of our brave warriors has gone from this old earth.
He was at the home of his son, former Justice F.F. Ayres, where he had lived a number of years prior to his death.
