Son of John Palazzolo and Grace Strano. Found dead due to strangulation. Believed to have been a member of the Sicilian Green Ones gang. Palazzolo's murder was believed to have been carried out by members of the Egan's Rats gang in an attempt to dominate the prohibition-era liquor trade in St. Louis.
