Miss Lottie Lucy Abramski, age 28, died at the family residence Monday, May 21, after an illness of over a year. Funeral services were held Wednesday morning, May 23, from the family residence. Requiem mass was said at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, with Rev. J.J. Tydlacka officiating.
Miss Abramski was born to Mr. and Mrs. Lige Abramski in New Waverly on August 19, 1912. She went to school in New Waverly and later, in 1928 when her parents moved to Rosenberg, she moved here with them. Later she went to work in Houston and worked there for about ten years when she was forced by illness to come home to her parents.
Survivors are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lige Abramski of Rosenberg; one brother, Marion of Richmond; four sisters, Mrs. Janie McHugh of Houston, Mrs. Margie Kuykendall of Sugar Land, Miss Theresa Abramski of Rosenberg, and Miss Clara Abramski of Houston; nephews and 2 nieces.
Interment was made in the Holy Rosary Cemetery, with the Triska Funeral Home directing. Pallbearers were Willie Fagan, Wallace Slavinski, Ike Pyka, Eddie Kolojaco, Archie and John Sicinski.
