Born on October 7, 1951, in Warren to Henry Webster "Buster" and Buney Agnes Burns Hines, Mrs. Farmer was a homemaker. She loved listening to gospel music and was a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Saturday, January 30, at Mount Olive Baptist Church with Bros. Eric Hodge and David Tohlen officiating.
Burial followed at Pinewood Memorial Park.
