Married Betty Pritchard 8 April 1949.

Graduate of Lubbock High School and Texas Tech University.

He served in the US Army in WWII.

He was a Certified Public Accountant, a charter member of the South Plains Lion Club and a member of Southcrest Baptist Church.

I had the honor and pleasure of working for Mr. Teague while I attended Texas Tech. He taught me so much, was always patient and always had a smile on his face for us all. He taught me to document thoroughly. He used to say, "If you die, and I die, no one else will know what we did and why."
