Martha Delpha Hadley (some say Delphia), was born in Russell County, Kentucky, to Ambrose H. Hadley and Elizabeth F. Whitehead. She married Napoleon Bonaparte Campbell April 3, 1890 in Columbia, Adair County, Kentucky. Five of their children were born there. They moved about 1898 to Wentworth, Missouri in five covered wagons with a group of family members. They had one child while there. They then moved to Oklahoma around 1903, where their last child was born. They moved first to Logan and then to Wagoner County, and stayed in the area until after Martha's death in 1938. She died of a heart attack at home at the age of 68.
