Alliance - William F. Pottorf, 88, of 832 Waugh St., a retired farmer, died at Alliance City Hospital Thursday at 3:30 p.m. after being ill two days. He had resided in this vicinity 50 years. He was a native of Kensington. Mr. Pottorf was a 56-year member of Emmanuel Evangelical and Reformed Church here. He and his wife, Mrs. Mary Pottorf, celebrated their 64th wedding anniversary this year. She is his only immediate survivor. Services will be Monday at 1:30 p.m. at the Myers Funeral Home here with the Rev. Frank Kostyu officiating. Burial will be in Fairmount Memorial Park.
