FRANCES PAULINE PETERS MARSHALL, 92, of Huntington, died Wednesday, April 23, 2003, in The Woodlands, where she resided for six years. A funeral service will be held by the Rev. John R. Campbell at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 26, 2003, at Klingel-Carpenter Mortuary. Interment will follow in Woodmere Memorial Park. She was born November 13, 1910, in Union, W.Va., a daughter of the late Clark and Bertie Campbell Peters. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, L.J. Marshall. She was a member of the Beverly Hills Garden Club, The Rotary Anns and a lifelong member of Johnson Memorial United Methodist Church, where she was director of religious education for many years. Mrs. Marshall is survived by three brothers and sisters-in-law, C. Oswald and Midge Peters, Robert M. and Nancy Peters and Charles A. and Dafney Peters; one sister and brother-in-law, Louise and John Baker. She is also survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Becky and Jim Baylor of Lexington, Ky., Ann and L.D. Egnor of Huntington, and Jane and Gary Workman of Joppa, Md.; eight grandchildren, Bryan Baylor, Chris Baylor, Amy Shannon and her husband Brian, Sara Kaiser and her husband Jim, Clark Egnor and his wife Miho, Bradley Egnor, Jeffrey Workman and his wife Sabre, and Troy Workman. She also leaves eight great-grandchildren. Donations may be made in her honor to a charity of your choice.
