Dorothy Shaw, 84, of St. Charles, Mo., formerly of Arcola, Il., and Tuscola, Il. passed away at 1:43 p.m. Thursday (Jan. 7, 2010) at The Villages in St. Peters, Mo.
She was born on April 11, 1925 in Tuscola to Andy and Grace Baker Thompson. She married Thomas Dale Shaw on Sept. 14, 1945 in Douglas County. He passed away on Dec. 14, 1991.
Survivors include one daughter, Rita Jo Hermann and her husband James of St. Peters, Mo.; one grandson, Tom Hermann of Columbia, Mo. and one granddaughter, Lisa Hermann of St. Peters, Mo.
Her parents preceded her in death.
