Ill eight months, J. Maurice Agnew, 72, St. Rd. 114 West, died Friday 5:05 p.m. in the Marion General Hospital. Graveside services were held Sunday 2 p.m. in Oaklawn Cemetery with the Rev. Homer R. Ogle officiating. He was born July 4, 1898 at Winamac, the son of Guy and Daisy Conn Agnew. Married Margaret Webster in 1922. Mr. Agnew lived in North Manchester eight years coming here from Wabash. He was a member of the Zion Lutheran church and Masonic Lodge, North Manchester and retired from Public Service Indiana after 40 years of service. Surviving are the widow, one son Jack, Stanford, Conn., four grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. William Newsome, Mesa, Ariz.
