OBITUARY.
Mrs. John H. Millspaugh.

Mrs. John H. Millspaugh, formerly a resident of Ithaca, died after a very brief illness at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J. Lawrence Watson, at Plainfield, N.J., on Sabbath morning.

She was the eldest daughter of the late Elijah B. Cornell, one of the most prominent builders in Ithaca of the last generation. Her husband was an artist of much repute who died several years ago. Her son, Dr. Charles F. Millspaugh, is a distinguished botanist and is the Curator of the Field Museum at Chicago. Mrs. Millspaugh was a native of Ithaca and was highly esteemed by a wide circle of friends in this community. Her remains will be brought to Ithaca for interment tomorrow at 10 o’clock.

The remains of the late Mrs. John Millspaugh, who died Saturday in South Plainfield, N.J., were brought to this city this morning and laid at rest in the City cemetery.
