Robert Haller, 33, of Heartwell, Dies at Omaha Veterans Hospital
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday morning at 10 o'clock in the St. John's Catholic Church at Minden for Robert Dean Haller, 33, of Heartwell. Father Peter Naughton and Father Leo Shedivy will officiate.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. at the St. Mary's cemetery at Wood River. The Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Friday at the Layton Funeral Home in Minden.
Haller died Tuesday at the Veterans Hospital in Omaha. He was born at Hastings and lived nearly all his life in Kearney County. He was a member of the U.S. Marine Corps from 1956 to 1962.
He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Karl Haller, Heartwell; three brothers, Odell of Lincoln, Donald of Wood River, and Dennis of Gibbon, and one sister, Mrs. Mary Lonn, Funk.
