Born November 9, 1906 in Bountiful to Joseph Henry McNiel and Ann Lucretia Tolman McNiel.
Married Harold James Harrison on March 3, 1925; solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on May 26, 1952. Harold died March 8, 1972. Blanche has been active in the Bountiful Second Ward Relief Society and the DUP.
Survived by three sons, Hal Neil and wife, Marion; Shirl Ray and wife, Juli; James Brent and wife, Judy; son-in-law, Douglas D. White, all Bountiful; twenty-one grandchildren; twenty-eight great-grandchildren; brother, David Tolman McNiel, St. George. Preceded in death by two daughters, Lori Harrison and LaRue White; two sisters, Hattie McNiel and Orlean McNiel Richardson; three brothers, Quinn, Blaine, and Raymond McNiel.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 4, 1990 in the Bountiful Second Ward Chapel, 650 South 200 East. Friends may call from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday at Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main Street, and from 11:45 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. on Wednesday at the Church.
Interment: Bountiful Memorial Park.
