Mrs Ida Lord Griffin, widow of J Howard Griffin, a commission merchant, died in the Medical Centre, Jersey City, NJ, following an operation. Burial was in Denton Cemetery at 3 p.m. on Friday. Mrs Griffin, the daughter of the late Mr and Mrs William E Lord of Denton, was a native of Tuckahoe Neck, Caroline county. She is survived by one son, J Reese Griffin, and two daughters, Mrs Mary Ullrich and Mrs Harry Lane, all of Montclair, NJ. She also leaves one brother, Homer Lord of Philadelphia, and three sisters, Mrs Ella Aumack and Mrs Annie Carsley, of Baltimore, and Mrs Ira Fisher of Willow Grove, Pennsylvania.
