PARISH DIES MONDAY NIGHT
Tom Parish, 79, died Monday night at Lucas County Memorial Hospital. For 25 years he operated the Parish Trucking Line, retiring in 1961 due to ill health.
He is survived by his wife, Blanche, of Chariton; one son, Pete, of Billings, Mont.; two step-children, Bill Delpierre of Chariton, Mrs. Bill (Madeline) Potts of Osceola; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Fielding Funeral Home with Father C. J. Gaul conducting. Burial will be in the Chariton Cemetery.
