Survivors include his widow, Maria Odete (Ferreira) Andrade; his mother; a son, Frank N. Andrade and daughter-in-law, Maria; two brothers, Antonio L. Andrade of New Bedford and Jose C. Andrade of California; three sisters, Fatima Ourique of New Bedford, Olivia Andrade of Terceira and Natalina Martins of California; two grandsons, Brenton Andrade and Daniel Andrade of New Bedford; and nieces and nephews.
