Mrs. Ida Ball, aged 30 years, wife of William Ball of this city, died at 6:50 o'clock last evening at her home, 315 North San Marcus street, after a brief illness.
Besides her husband, deceased is survived by a sister, Mrs. Amil Gretzel of New Braunfels and other relatives in Germany, of which country she was a native. She had lived here about 10 years.
The funeral took place from the late home at 3 o'clock this afternoon, the Rev. O. Hartmann conducting the ceremony. The body will be laid to rest in the Lutheran cemetery.
