A resident for more than 50 years. She married Dr. Charles Wicker in Denver, Co. several years after the death of his 1st wife. She was the first president of Saranac Lake General Hospitals Auxilary and was a charter member of both the Village Improvement Society and Saranac Lake Lend-a-Hand society. She was a leader in womens activities of the Presbyterian church.
She's survived by a step-grandson Arthur D. Palmer III and three great-grandchildren of Potsdam.
