Mrs. Fannie Alexander, who states DOB as 1832 in Camden County, GA, has a CSA pension application in the Ga Archives. She says she married Thomas Rucker Alexander, who was born in 1817 in Elbert County. He enlisted in Co. H of the 3 GA Militia, Tooms Regiment in Awpr 1861. He got the measles and was home on sick furlough at the surrender. He died in Elbert Co. in 1883. Proof of her name as Mrs. M. F. Alexander and her own death on 9 Jan 1914 in Elbert County is included in the paperwork.
