Helen Taylor Barrett died peacefully on October 7, 1999.
She was born June 13, 1922 to Alden R. Taylor and Mary Hughes Taylor in Spanish Fork, Utah. She attended school in Provo, Utah and Washington D.C. She married William W. Barrett, M.D. and together they raised three children.
She was an Airline Hostess for T.W.A. before her marriage. During their life together she was very active in the Medical Auxiliary for St. Mark's Hospital.
She is survived by her husband, Bill; children, William W. Barrett, Jr. (Julie), Michael T. Barrett (Stephanie) and Penny Barrett. She also has eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, October 12, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at Mountain View Memorial Estates, 3115 East Bengal Boulevard (7800 South). A viewing will be held for one hour prior to the services at the same location.
